TheNewDowse is an inexpensive, distinctive venue made up of spaces placed around an enclosed outdoor courtyard. The spaces have been designed to reflect our strong commitment to creative thinking, creative solution-finding and inspiring entertainment. Several purpose-built spaces can be configured in a range of ways to cater for anything from a staff workshop for 20, a formal lecture theatre for 80, or a 120-seat dining/reception area. We can pick and mix to your requirements.
TheNewDowse has a fantastic on-site café or catering available on request. Our team are happy to discuss any special requirements you may need. We are liquor-licensed and AV equipment is available. The venue has pay and display parking for easy accessibility, and a regular bus service from downtown Wellington stops nearby. There is disabled access to all public spaces.
