My last offical task for 2014 is a very proud one: writing this quick update on our Wikipedia progress.

On 1 December we officially launched; on 3 December we introduced our Wikipedians; on 9 December Mackenzie wrote about our first experiences.

Now on Day 19 we're experienced hands, having faced our first reviews, learned A LOT about wiki syntax, graduated from the babies pool (aka the invaluable Article Wizard) and gotten down and dirty with wiki-links.

We've created over 40 articles (including pages for Pataka, Fingers and Objectspace) on artists and major events, and contributed to many more.

We'll be back at in in January (I have no doubt Mackenzie, Bridget and I won't be able to resist having a geeky Wikipedia session or two over the break) and have a special event brewing away for early March. It's been a super exciting, very satisfying and thoroughly Dowse time!
