Join us for this special opportunity to get the behind-the-scenes story on how Keir Winesmith and his team (the SFMOMA Content Strategy and Digital Engagement division) changed how SFMOMA (San Francisco Museum of Modern Art) interacted with its audience.

From a new look to new physical and online digital experiences, publishing innovations, texting apps and more, during a 3-year building redevelopment SFMOMA made sweeping changes to how the institution listened and responded to its visitors, San Francisco and the world. As Head of Digital, Keir Winesmith played an integral role in this transformation and in the process learnt a lot about the museum and its audience. he is in town for the National Digital Forum conference and in this talk will be sharing the tech and human lessons he learnt during the transformation and in the year since re-opening.
