Working with The Dowse education team, the wonderful students at Taita Central School created this animated whakapapa artwork. 

Inspired by Kaaterina Kerekere’s work Takuahiroa in our exhibition Ā Mua, the students share their whakapapa through both traditional kowhaiwhai patterns and their own designs.
