Insects have long inspired artists in their work. Bugs, Beetles and Butterflies showcases a selection of art works by prominent New Zealand artists who have drawn inspiration from critters in the natural world. Experience Peter Madden's flies, Elizabeth Thomson's butterflies and much more.
Visitors can also meet our new virtual friends, the Glowing Pathfinder Bugs. Children can interact with them in a real sand pit.
